Rocky Rebounds

Rocky recently became reluctant to climb the stairs so I took him in to see Dr Amber, the orthopedic vet who did Moose’s ACL repair. Her assessment is that he has joint and muscle soreness, likely from postural compensations he has to make as a three legged dog.

He is now on a course of Adequan, an osteoarthritis drug for dogs, that requires two trips to the vet each week this month for injections. He’s had two injections so far and is already doing much better.

He now joins Moose and me on the road to recovery. Thankfully we are all doing a little bit better this week and back to turning out some great photos.
