Healthy Appetite

I was in the gym early today for an upper body workout that left me feeling strong (and hungry!). Later in the day I focused on food prep for the days ahead. A random mix of 80’s classic rock radio hits kept me company in the kitchen.

It takes a lot of healthy food to feed my healthy appetite and fuel all of my activities. Cooking ahead of time is the only way I can keep up with my hunger.
